12 Gauge Pro Wrestling

Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026 · Last updated October 29, 2026

Your trust matters. This policy explains how 12 Gauge Pro Wrestling, operated by Rocky Shaw, handles information when you use our website and its Fan Zone, Daily Trivia, shopping, contact and newsletter features. It also applies to these web-based features when accessed through a connected 12 Gauge app.

1. Information we collect

  • Fan accounts: email address, account identifier, authentication and email-confirmation information, and a public display name you provide. Supabase processes account credentials and maintains the authentication information needed to sign you in and reset your password.
  • Polls and predictions: the polls you participate in, your selected options, submission times and the results used to calculate fan points.
  • Daily Trivia: your answers, play dates, whether each answer was correct, score and participation history. If you choose to join its public leaderboard, we also store your nickname and that preference.
  • Purchase point claims: the merchandise or ticket provider, order or receipt reference, optional details, submission time and verification status. These records let us check eligibility for purchase points.
  • Merchandise orders: name, email, phone number, selected design, size, quantity, delivery choice, payment-service choice and shipping address when shipping is requested.
  • Messages and attachments: the name, email address, reference, message and any files you submit through Contact & Booking or send to us directly.
  • Newsletter signup: the email address and other information you choose to provide on the linked signup form, along with subscription preferences and email activity processed by the newsletter provider.
  • Technical and usage information: pages visited, interactions, referrer, approximate location, browser and device information, online identifiers and request timestamps. Hosting and security providers may also process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service.

You can browse public event information and the roster without creating a Fan Zone account. Please do not put full payment-card numbers, payment-service passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in forms, attachments or purchase references.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure accounts; send confirmation and password-reset messages; record votes and predictions; run trivia and leaderboards; calculate and verify fan points; process and fulfill merchandise orders; answer inquiries; send newsletters to subscribers; understand website use; and prevent duplicate claims, fraud or misuse. We may also use relevant records to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Creating a Fan Zone account does not by itself subscribe you to the separate newsletter. Account-related messages, such as email confirmations and password resets, are separate from promotional newsletters.

3. Sharing and public information

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the features you use:

  • Supabase provides account authentication and stores Fan Zone and trivia records. Resend supports account-email delivery.
  • FormSubmit and our email provider process contact messages, attachments and merchandise order requests.
  • Mailchimp provides the linked newsletter signup and email distribution service.
  • Google Analytics measures website usage. Hosting, delivery and infrastructure services, including Netlify for our main domain and the hosting service for our ChatGPT-hosted site, process requests to serve and protect the website. External font and software delivery services also receive the technical requests needed to load those resources.
  • GoFan, Square, Cash App, Venmo and other linked ticket or payment services handle transactions on their own services. They may provide order or payment confirmations to us. Our website order form does not collect full card numbers or payment-service login credentials.

What other fans can see: Fan Zone leaderboards display public fan names, points and related performance statistics. The Daily Trivia leaderboard displays the nickname and trivia record of fans who opt in. Poll totals may be shown when results are available. Your account email address is not displayed as an email field on these leaderboards. Choose a public name you are comfortable sharing.

Performer profiles, wrestling records, event coverage and Founding High Five Club recognition are public website content. Contact us with the specific page if you have a privacy concern about that content.

We do not sell Fan Zone account information or purchase-claim details. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal requirements, protect people or our services, or address fraud and disputes. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

4. Browser storage, cookies and analytics

The Fan Zone uses browser storage to keep you signed in and maintain your session. Clearing that storage or signing out can end your session; it does not delete your account.

Google Analytics is installed on the homepage and event-report content to measure page views and interactions, including interest in event and support links. It can use cookies and online identifiers and process device, browser and approximate-location information. This information is separate from the answers and account records stored for Fan Zone and Daily Trivia.

You can manage cookies and stored website data in your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Blocking storage or scripts may affect sign-in, forms or other features.

Embedded YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Loading or interacting with videos can still send technical information to Google/YouTube. External signup forms, video players and linked services may use their own cookies and technologies under their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Retention and account deletion

We keep account-linked information while your account is active and as needed to provide the features you use. You can initiate permanent deletion at any time from Account settings & deletion, also linked in the Fan Zone and website footer.

The deletion flow verifies your signed-in account, asks you to confirm, closes account sessions and removes the account and its linked Fan Zone profile, votes, predictions, purchase point claims, trivia answers and leaderboard profile from the active service. Your saved points and history cannot be restored by creating a new account.

Separate records: deleting your Fan Zone account does not automatically delete merchandise order emails, contact messages, newsletter subscriptions, public event content or records held by ticket and payment providers. It does not cancel tickets, merchandise orders or payments. Unsubscribe from newsletters using their unsubscribe link; contact us about separate records we hold; and contact the relevant seller or provider about its records.

We retain order and correspondence records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill requests, handle returns or disputes, maintain necessary business records and comply with applicable obligations. Limited security logs, backups and provider records may remain under the providers’ retention and backup processes rather than disappearing immediately. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify a person may be retained.

6. Your choices and requests

  • Use public website content without a Fan Zone account.
  • Update your public Fan Zone display name.
  • Opt in to or leave the Daily Trivia public leaderboard through its nickname and leaderboard preference form.
  • Unsubscribe from promotional newsletters through the link in those emails.
  • Manage browser cookies and storage, or sign out on a shared device.
  • Use the self-service account deletion page.
  • Contact us to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of other personal information we hold, subject to applicable requirements. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Send requests using the contact information below and describe the account, order or message involved.

7. Children’s privacy

Our events welcome families, but Fan Zone accounts, online forms and newsletter signups are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. A Fan Zone account is not required to view public event information.

8. Security and external services

We use access controls, encrypted connections and service-provider protections to help protect information. No website, account or transmission is completely secure. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices.

When you follow links to ticketing, payment, streaming, newsletter or social-media services, their own privacy policies and controls apply. We do not control their independent data practices. Account deletion on our website does not delete an account you hold with another provider.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our features or data practices change. The updated version and date will appear on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes.

10. Contact us

For privacy questions or requests, contact 12 Gauge Pro Wrestling, attention Rocky Shaw, at rockyshawjr@yahoo.com or use Contact & Booking. Please include “Privacy Request” in your subject or reference.

You do not need to contact us to delete your Fan Zone account. You can complete that process directly through Account settings & deletion.

Live event Fan Points

Fan Points uses your existing account, first and last name, event check-in times, points adjustments, and reward reservations and confirmations. Each event allows one check-in during its scan window. Rotating QR codes expire quickly. Practice events do not add spendable points.

If you choose to join the leaderboard, other signed-in fans see your first name, last initial, and earned points. You can turn that display off in My Points. Authorized staff can access fan names, account emails, check-in counts, balances, adjustments, and redemption information to run the program. We log manual adjustments with a reason and staff account.

Marketing email consent is optional. Staff can export consenting fans' names, email addresses, and consent dates for Mailchimp. A Fan Points sign-up does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Account deletion removes your personal Fan Points profile, check-ins, redemptions, and adjustments. Event records and non-personal reward information can remain.
