A Name Built Under Pressure.
Rocky Shaw did not inherit the name “The 12 Gauge.” He earned it through more than two decades of learning to be uncomfortable. Trained by Bobby More and WWE veteran Jimmy Wang Yang, Shaw became known for a relentless, never-say-die style and a superkick called “The 12 Gauge” that no opponent ever kicked out of.
His career brought awards, unforgettable rivalries, and a main event in Rome, Georgia, in front of more than a thousand fans. But the hardest fight happened away from the ring. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy forced Shaw to step away, and open-heart surgery in 2023 nearly took everything from him.
He survived. Then he rebuilt. Today, 12 Gauge Pro Wrestling carries that same purpose: create opportunity, demand originality, give fans more than their money’s worth, and prove that getting knocked down does not mean the story is over.
